Frequently Asked Questions

How can I place a custom cookie order?       For all custom order inquiries please email your request to cherylbmccarthy@hotmail.com with details that must include:

• Exact date of pick up that's required
• Theme
• Specific details within your theme (Message, Name(s), colors, specific designs. You can also include photos)
• Quantity (*a Minimum order of 1 dozen is required to place a custom order and all custom orders come in the signature Vanilla/Almond Flavor)

I will respond accordingly with a price quote and if the dates required are available. I am working a full time day job, therefore, custom cookie orders are very limited. I will be focusing on Holiday Pop Ups, and Holiday Pre-Sales in 2023.

Are your sugar cookies flavored?       Yes!  My sugar cookies are Vanilla-Almond flavored unless otherwise noted during a specific holiday season.

Are your sugar cookies nut free?       No. All cookies may contain allergens that include nuts, soy, wheat, & dairy. 

Do you ship your cookies?       I currently do not ship my cookies.

What is a “Pop-Up Sale"?       A pop up sale is a chance to purchase cookies by the singles instead of by the dozen with custom orders. During a pop up sale it is a first come first serve basis. Inventory is limited to what I have on hand at the time of the sale.

What is a “Pre-Sale”?       During a holiday pre-sale there will be specific designs you can pre-purchase before a specific pick up date and time. Watch for details on Instagram and Facebook, where I post dates and times of when sales will open.
